Key milestones from registration through to the grand face-to-face culminating competition in Metro Manila.
Early Registration Period
Regional quota of 5 teams each for NCR, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Early bird fee of ₱300.00/pax. Opens at 5:00 PM Sept 21 and closes at 11:59 PM Sept 25.
Regular Registration Period
Open demographic registration on a first-come, first-served basis up to the 40-team cap. Starts 5:00 PM Sept 28 and ends 11:59 PM Sept 30. Regular fee of ₱350.00/pax.
Official Event Launch
Virtual launch ceremony, competition orientation, and release of challenge datasets. At least one team representative must attend.
Concept Proposal Deadline
Submission of the written 5-page PDF concept proposal outlining the public health problem, methodology, and proposed solution architecture.
Project Development Workshop
Hands-on workshop covering end-to-end data pipelines, predictive modeling in public health, and user-centered dashboard design.
Final Project Submission Deadline
Submission of the complete package: 20-slide presentation deck (PDF), 3-minute video demo, and link to GitHub code repository.
Announcement of Top 10 Finalists
Public announcement of the Top 10 qualifying teams via PJDSC official social channels and direct team correspondence.
Advanced Workshop & Dedicated Mentorship
Advanced technical masterclass followed by personalized 1-on-1 mentorship breakout sessions for each finalist team.
Final Culminating Event & Pitching
Grand Face-to-Face Finals in Metro Manila. 10-min stage presentation, 10-min judge Q&A, and interactive demo station exhibit.
